Too fast, difficult to control, small points are easy to lose, which affects the lipophilicity of the layout. If the speed is too slow, it is easy to cause incomplete development, and the blank part is easy to be dirty. The temperature of developing solution should be controlled in the range of 20 ℃ ± 2 ℃.
